Chef Bobby
Chef Bobby Lester was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He has worked in some of the great restaurants and country clubs of Georgia, including Van Gogh's, Cherokee Town and Country Club, and Bacchanalia/Star Provisions. He attended Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, where he graduated with honors. Bobby has been cooking professionally for over eight years and is very well traveled. He most recently lived in the U.S. Virgin Islands where he was Executive Chef of a gourmet deli shop and catering company. There he put on functions for corporate clients like Phillip Morris and cooked for the likes of Jimmy Buffet and Kenny Chesney. Bobby has returned and made his home at the Grande at Kennesaw. There he specializes in low country and southern cuisine using local and seasonal products. Chef Bobby is educated in a variety of cuisines from the Caribbean, Asia, Northern Italy, and his favorite the southwest. Whether you are having a romantic dinner and need a private chef, or want an extravagant wedding or corporate event, Bobby is ready to wow and amaze your taste buds.
