WeddingWire, the nation’s leading wedding technology company, just announced that The Grande at Kennesaw has won the 2009 Bride’s Choice Award!
In its inaugural year, the Bride’s Choice Awards recognizes and honors vendors from the WeddingWire Network that demonstrate excellent quality of service, responsiveness, professionalism, value of cost and flexibility. This year’s recipients represent the top three percent of WeddingWire’s vendor community, which includes over 100,000 wedding vendors from across the US. That means The Grande at Kennesaw is one of the very best Private Venues in Atlanta.
Unlike other awards in which winners are selected by the company, the Bride’s Choice Awards are determined exclusively by recent newlyweds through surveys and reviews.

It's not often you can have the opportunity to compare similar events so close in time. Everything looked so beautiful! Putting the tea light in the votives was a great idea. Grandma Charlotte was delighted. The Flowers! Words wouldn�t be enough! Great food! Fun games and party � good music choices. Gorgeous cake. Wonderful bar service. And Michael Ann � we would all be the proverbial headless chickens without you! Not to mention the hard-working, friendly yet discreet wait staff. An overwhelming and unimaginable (by me) amount of detail and work, with fabulous results. Thank you! We love you all!

I was a member of the wedding party for Cassandra Miley and Tom Knight (4/22/2006). First and foremost, I�d like to commend you and your staff on providing excellent service!!! You did a great job at making the wedding party feel welcome and important.
Furthermore, your catering and entertainment staff were fabulous. I was very pleasantly surprised with how sophisticated and flavorful the entrees were! I would definitely recommend your venue to any couples looking for a wedding/reception venue.

I would really like to thank all of you at The Grande for a marvelous, wonderful, excellent, beautiful and every other adjective that means stupendous for Elizabeth and Stewart's reception. We have had many compliments on it being the most fun at any wedding they have been to....and about the food, the cake and the floral arrangements, etc. One man in particular who is a Lt. Col called Stewart's mother up that night
and said because of being in the service he has attended many wedding, but this one surpassed all the rest because there were rice krispy treats! Well that was one reason. He also said at other weddings he went to the food ran out, but at this wedding even to the end there was food to snack on and plenty of it! The chocolate fountain was outrageous. One guest said she had been to weddings where the fountain clogged up and the chocolate did not have much of a taste - not here. As the mother of the bride once I walked in the door I breathed easier and never gave a thought to anything else but having fun!!!! Which I did and so did everyone else.
I could go on and on but won't...just thank you ALL.

Wow! It is hard to believe we just finished celebrating our two month anniversary of our marriage. April 29, 2006 was our special day and everyone Carolyn, Pat, Michael Ann, Bobby, Heather, & Jon as well as the rest of the staff at The Grande turned our day into a spectacular event! Chris and I enjoyed the professional yet friendly and personable attention that was given to everyone including our guests. So many have commented on how beautiful the wedding was and what great service we had and we attribute this all the The Grande. The catering was excellent and we are still hearing how tasty and wonderful the food was. We also enjoyed the entertainment; thanks to Jon for a wonderful mix of music and keeping everything flowing nicely. We enjoyed ourselves so much we are trying to think of another event we could enjoy with you. We know we made the best choice in choosing your venue to have our wedding and we highly recommend it to anyone else getting married. A simple thank you seems like an inadequate response considering the great service we received, but we do thank you for everything and we will always remember our wedding day and how the Grande made it special.
